TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a session with Debra Santiago Photography, you agree to the following:
Agreement
This contract represents the full agreement between the client and Debra Santiago Photography. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Payment
All prices are set at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon booking and is non-refundable, as your date and time are reserved exclusively for you.
Rescheduling & Weather
Sessions may not be rescheduled. If weather is torrential and the photographer determines the session cannot safely take place, it will be rescheduled for another date.
Cameras & Coverage
Clients may not bring personal cameras or recording devices to the session. While specific requests are welcome, no particular images are guaranteed.
Artistic Style
By booking, you acknowledge familiarity with the photographer’s style and trust their creative direction. Final images may vary based on location, lighting, and subject, and may include both color and black-and-white edits.
Cooperation & Liability
All participants are expected to cooperate for the best experience and results. The photographer is not responsible for missed images due to lack of cooperation or absence. The photographer may end the session if safety is compromised, with no refund. Clients are responsible for their conduct and any damage caused during the session.
Copyright
Debra Santiago Photography retains full copyright of all images and may use them for portfolio, marketing, publication, or display purposes.
Limit of Liability
If the photographer is unable to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, liability is limited to a refund of payment made. Liability will not exceed the value of the client’s order.
Image Quality
Clients understand that printed images may fade or discolor over time due to the natural qualities of photographic materials.
